Sempre ouvi falar que a greve é o último recurso dos trabalhadores. O extremo recurso.
Depreendo que o último recurso que os professores estaduais tiveram para não ver seu piso salarial nacional, recentemente concedido pelo governo federal, se transformar em piso do total de ganhos, incluídas as vantagens, foi a decretação da greve.
Como a greve é o último recurso exercido pelo magistério estadual, não tendo sido minha coluna usada como penúltimo recurso dos professores, deixo de publicar o caudal enorme de correspondência que me chega provinda de muitos professores, solicitando-me que pressione o governo para que ceda às exigências dos grevistas.
Sinto que ficaria muito desigual para o governo, além da greve, ter de suportar a pressão da minha coluna.
Até mesmo porque tenho recebido também correspondência de pais de alunos revoltados com a greve, desfechada a pouco tempo do fim do ano letivo.
Então para ficar isento, respeitando o arrocho salarial que há tanto tempo se abate sobre os professores estaduais, prefiro publicar hoje em minha coluna um contracheque de um soldado PM que me pediu socorro, escrevendo-me pateticamente: “Não tenho mais como viver assim!”.
Até mesmo porque, no caso, a minha coluna é então, sim, ao contrário dos professores, o último recurso para os PMs: é que eles são proibidos de fazer greve.
